What it does
Capture selected emails by forwarding them to a database address or using the Gmail add-on. Quicktion creates Notion pages with message content, property mapping and attachments. Pro adds AI summaries and extraction into database properties.
Integrations and output
Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Google Sheets, Airtable, Linear, Trello, Google Drive.
Pricing
$0 for 25 emails/month and one destination; Pro $12/month or $120/year for 1,000 emails/month.
Notes
Captures forwarded or selected messages; it does not continuously scan the mailbox. Google Sheets, Airtable, Linear and Trello are alternative destinations, not claims of Notion-to-tool synchronization.
